Learn graceful transitions between poles and explore ways of getting on and off the pole. Allegra will give you the keys to express your own pole personality.
(knee pads and socks recommended)
°° My Favourite Tricks and Combos (90) mins 12:15 - 13:45
A class dedicated to Allegra's favourite tricks, spins and combos. She will also teach you how to manage her favourite moves she presents in her shows and competitions.
°° Lyrical Pole Choreo (ALL LEVEL) (90 mins) 14:30 - 16:00
Choreography class for pole dancers who love choreography, dance and of course pole dancing, no matter their level.
*Beginners must be able to climb the pole
°° Crazy Splits (ALL LEVEL) (60 mins) 16:00 - 17:00
Stretching exercises for splits. this class will teach you how to improve your flexibility and how to facilitate numerous bendy tricks. Part of this class will be dedicated to duo stretching.

£45.00 for each 90 minute class. £30.00 for Crazy Splits. £140.00 for the whole day.

ABOUT POLE ART BULGARIA
Pole Art Bulgaria is the only professional Pole Dance competition on the territory Bulgaria, the first edition of which was held in 2017. The debut of Pole Art Bulgaria brought together athletes, artists and amateurs from across the country, and this year's edition will be international and will welcome participants from all over the world. The purpose of the event is to present Pole Dance to the audience, to impose it as a healthy and entertaining competitive sport and to motivate those who practice it to develop their talent and creativity by expressing themselves on stage.
Registrations for PoleArt Bulgaria are now OPEN! The deadline for registration is April 15th!
